Проблемы функционирования и устойчивого развития АПК в сфере растениеводства Калининградской области

Abstract
Целью работы является оценка состояния устойчивости
растениеводства АПК, выделение наиболее значимых негативных факторов в условиях
сложившейся конъюнктуры, выработка предложений по нейтрализации или минимизации их
действия. Актуальность анализируемой проблемы определяется необходимостью достижения регионом пороговых значений продовольственной безопасности в контексте
сложной транспортной доступности рынков остальной территории России и утраты части
рынков в ЕС. Проанализированы внешние и внутренние факторы, влияющие на АПК в
целом и растениеводство, в частности, формируемые ими текущие и новые экономические
угрозы. Предложен практикоориентированный подход с учетом сбережения потенциала
устойчивости сельхозпроизводителей. Выработаны предложения по коррекции
региональной экономической политики в целях нейтрализации экономических угроз
