Abstract
В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с
проблемой адаптации промышленного сектора Калининградской области к
изменившимся условиям хозяйствования в среднесрочном периоде. Выделены
основные общероссийские и специфические локальные проблемы и угрозы, с
которыми сталкивается бизнес с начала 2022 года до настоящего времени.
Обозначены факторы и явления, произошедшие на макро-, мезо- и микроуровне,
позволившие не только преодолеть вектор падения, но и перейти к росту в отдельных
секторах.
