Продовольственная безопасность Калининградской области в условиях санкций

Abstract
Существующее санкционное давление в отношении Российской
Федерации в условиях географической отдаленности Калининградской области может
создать угрозы продовольственной безопасности региона. Такая ситуация требует
пристального контроля и анализа в целях исключения негативного развития событий.
В данном исследовании оценено обеспечение базовых задач продовольственной
безопасности. Анализ основан на обработке данных государственного статистического
учета, информации, формируемой различными министерствами и ведомствами
Калининградской области, и результатах работ отечественных ученых. В ходе
исследования проведена оценка показателей, характеризующих физическую и
экономическую доступность продовольствия жителям Калининградской области. На
основе данных Роспотребнадзора проанализировано качество поставляемой на
региональный рынок продукции. Рассмотрена динамика производства и показатели
самообеспеченности в рамках Доктрины продовольственной безопасности. Несмотря
на увеличивающееся количество санкций и недружественную политику со стороны
государств–соседей Калининградской области, в регионе наблюдается положительная динамика роста самообеспеченности региона и потребления продуктов питания
населением. Итоги исследования могут быть использованы в дальнейшем изучении
региональной безопасности, а также учтены государственными органами власти и
управления для дальнейшей корректировки политики в области обеспечения
продовольственной безопасности.
