Развитие подходов к диагностике системы корпоративной экономической безопасности

Abstract
Статья посвящена вопросам формирования и диагностики системы корпоративной экономической безопасности с учетом отраслевых особенностей. Целью статьи является уточнение подхода к понятию системы корпоративной экономической безопасности, составу основных элементов, особенностям процесса ее построения, оценки внешних и внутренних факторов. Автором представлена последовательность этапов построения и диагностики системы корпоративной экономической безопасности на примере предприятия рыбохозяйственного комплекса, раскрыто содержание каждого этапа. Представлен фрагмент диагностики системы корпоративной экономической безопасности предприятия, определен перечень индикаторов, используемых в качестве инструментов для экспресс-оценки трех основных подсистем: финансовой, кадровой, технико-технологической. На основе проведенного анализа выявлены позитивные и негативные тенденции развития отрасли и отдельного предприятия, определены возможные зоны риска и опасностей.
