Совершенствование методических подходов к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности регионального АПК и стратегированию его развития

Abstract
В статье обобщаются методические подходы к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности и стратегированию экономической динамики развития агропромышленного комплекса (АПК) в регионах России. Автором проанализированы существующие научные исследования, посвященные функционированию и развитию АПК, и выявлена недостаточная изученность вопросов стратегирования отраслевой экономической динамики, направленной на достижение форсированных результатов хозяйственной деятельности. На основе обобщения теоретических и практических наработок российских ученых предложена система взаимоувязки элементов оценки инвестиционной привлекательности АПК, учитывающая как региональные особенности, так и специфические факторы функционирования отрасли, такие как качество земельных ресурсов, климатические условия и логистическая обеспеченность. В разработанном автором методическом каркасе процесса выработки, принятия и реализации регионально-отраслевой стратегии развития АПК основной акцент сделан на достижении форсированной динамики выпуска продукции и повышении инвестиционной привлекательности сектора. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы региональными органами власти для совершенствования стратегического планирования и привлечения инвестиций в АПК, что особенно актуально в условиях роста экспорта сельскохозяйственной продукции и необходимости обеспечения технологического суверенитета России.
