Обобщение теоретико-прикладных форм поддержки рыбохозяйственной отрасли

Abstract
Анализируется содержание ряда исследований в области государственной поддержки сельского хозяйства и рыболовства. Предлагается методический подход оценки влияния поддержки рыбохозяйственной деятельности на снижение равновесной цены при росте объема произведенной продукции. Исследуется аксонометрия зависимости объема производства от комплексного изменения преференций для производителя и покупателя продукции. Рассмотрен основной комплекс направлений поддержки деятельности РХК по различным классификационным признакам выделения финансовых, других ресурсов и организационных мер для обеспечения необходимого развития отрасли. Проанализирована динамика добычи ВБР, расходов федерального бюджета на Росрыболовство и себестоимости федеральной поддержки за 2015–2026 годы. Построена полиномиальная кривая линия второй степени зависимости объема добычи ВБР от расходов федерального бюджета на Росрыболовство по материалам за 2015–2026 годы. Выявлено, что расходы федерального бюджета увеличивались быстрее, чем росла добыча ВБР. Макроэконометрическая тенденция показала увеличение вылова ВБР при росте себестоимости добычи (в части расходов федерального бюджета на РХК), что требует особого изучения соответствующих динамических пропорций для повышения эффективности использования бюджетных расходов страны.
