Цифровые проблемы развития агропромышленного комплекса России

Abstract

Рассматривается содержание ряда последних научных публикаций по проблемам цифровизации АПК. Анализируются принятые в стране нормативные положения стратегического направления цифровой трансформации отрасли. Уточнены основные принципы декомпозиции генеральной цели на подцели нижестоящего уровня. Рассмотрены примеры ранжирования целей в разных условиях функционирования сельского хозяйства и РХК. Выявлена необходимость адекватного отражения ряда задач цифровизации в соответствии со значимостью мероприятий. Проанализирована действующая структура и годовая планируемая динамика индикаторов цифровой трансформации отрасли до 2030 года. Отмечено отсутствие в некоторых стратегических направлениях цифровизации значений численных параметров. Обобщена динамика ряда показателей цифровой трансформации и выявлена их зависимость от основных показателей отрасли до 2030 года. Установлена высокая корреляционная связь  планируемых показателей. Рассмотрена динамика доли показателей цифровизации, по которым не достигается стопроцентного значения к 2030 году.
