Statistical analysis of wages in the type of economic activity "Education"

Abstract
The article analyzes the level of wages of the type of economic activity "Education", compares the average, modal and median wages for the economy as a whole and for the type of activity "Education" both in the Russian Federation and in the Kaliningrad region. Based on the analysis of the official data of Rosstat, the level of remuneration of educators is established to match the levels established in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 "On measures to implement state social policy" and the causes of the discrepancy are identified. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the number, movement and workload of higher education employees in the Russian Federation and the Kaliningrad region for 2020-2021 is being carried out.
