Abstract

The paper presents an approach to the analysis of motivation management based on the classical scheme of an open management system. A review of modern research in the field of motivation allowed us to establish motivation factors related to three subsystems: the control, the controlled and the communication subsystem. Based on a structured survey of 55 employees of a manufacturing enterprise, critical areas of system operation were identified using MFAM analysis. Recommendations for improving motivation management have been formed.
